Many NBC NCOs have the pleasure of being in charge or responsible for the unit's Tactical Operation Center. Here are some of the charts, map pins, and plots I have used over the years.
I ve also included some of the OBC items and things i have been given or came across over the last 18 Years
ADA Chart - This is for your ADA status and an wind direction arrow
CCIR Chart Example - Commanders Critical Information Chart
Cell Placards - I had a Commander who wanted these so he would know who was who in the TOC
Chem Tools - This is a program to figure out all kinds of stuff. Make sure when you open it to enable macros
Chemical Downwind Message Chart - Laminate or put in a document protector, hang in TOC, use a non-permanent marker to make changes. I used to make mine with two sides so when I got the new updates that hadn't expired I could write it on the reverse side leaving the current data on the other side
Chemical Downwind Message Chart with Explanation of numbers submitted by CPT Gary M. Belcher
Chemical Military Decision Making Process - From OBC check it out its very good
Clip Art Slide - You may need these to earn your PowerPoint Ranger Tab
Current Order Status Sheet/Chart - Track what OPORD, FRAGO, etc your using or should be using
Biological Worksheet - Assists in your decision making process and gives general information on biological agents
Map Pins - Edit the pins to match your unit. Use a hole punch to punch them out. Then apply them to stick pins using stick glue. Then apply hi quality clear nail polish to seal them (my wife always wondered where her nail polish was Ha Ha Ha)
Mission Chart Example - A chart that shows the mission. Copy the mission from the OPORD paste it in and print
Non Persistent Template Plots - These are the circle plots
Persistent Template Plots - More circle plots
OPORD Annex h example - Gotta write the Annex h to an OPORD there is a sample shell
Task Organization Chart Example - A who belongs to who chart
Time Line Chart Example - What your unit/units are doing and when. This is one handy chart! I or my Battle CPT would read thru the OPORD and would input the action, and time on this chart in order. In a hectic TOC this chart is a quick reference.
